You’d be amazed at how juicy and tasty the fish turns out with only 5 ingredients and less than 10 minutes of cook time. It delivers tons of flavor that are sure to rock dinner time!
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets-cut into uniform thickness and weight to ensure even cooking
- Freshly cracked pepper- for an extra punch of heat
- Sweet chili sauce– I used a Thai brand called Mae Ploy which has the right balance of sweet and spicy in my opinion; if you’d like to control the sweetness, try the Heinz Chili sauce and add brown sugar or honey to your liking.
- Soy sauce-balances the sweetness with umami flavor
- Green onions and sesame seeds-optional for garnishing
