Instant Pot Garlic Butter Pasta with Capers
Pressure cooker Garlic Butter Spaghetti with Capers is a tasty and filling pasta dish the whole family will love. So quick and easy to make in the pressure cooker with simple ingredients.

- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 cups water or broth
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
Break the spaghetti noodles in half and place in the Instant Pot.
Add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and water.
Close the lid of the Instant Pot, making sure the valve is on SEALING position. Cook on HIGH pressure for 7 minutes.
When the 7 minutes and the pressure cooker beeps, do a QUICK release.
Press CANCEL to turn off the Instant Pot and open lid. Let noodles stand for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese and capers and stir to distribute. Serve immediately.
