1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400 F.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix to fully coat.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overlap.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until a thermometer inserted at the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 F. Turn halfway through.
Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes before slicing.
